FAVORITES ON FRIDAY--FWEE STUFF

Nine years and about three moves ago, we were downsizing from a huge rambling rental house to essentially one bedroom. Not a one bedroom; one bedroom. In anticipation of a massive garage sale, I invited my two nieces, about 5 and 6 years old to come pick through my knick-knacks, jewelry and make up.

Freya, the older of the two agonized over her lone choice, putting back, picking up, debating, but Sonja was clutching greatmy free-spirited, fwee-lovin' niece Sonja circa 2001 gobs of objects to her chest, mardi gras beads oozing out from between her fingers, barely pausing to look at it. When her big sister scolded her, Sonja said in the cutest of preschool voices, "But, but, Fweya, it's fwee!"

Bless her heart, who doesn't love FWEE STUFF? To this end, and in honor of the upcoming paperback release of CHOSEN this fall, I am putting together a little give-away to celebrate book clubs, full of oodles of swag.

FIFTIETH BOOK CLUB PRIZE PACK

Here's how it works:

1. Sign your book club up to read CHOSEN in the coming year, (paperback avail Nov '11)

2. Send me an email letting me know. You are immediately eligible for the give-away

PRIZE:

The FIFTIETH BOOK CLUB to sign up gets a whole lotta FWEE: Free signed copies of CHOSEN for your members, (up to twelve copies), an appearance  from the author, and an amazing swag bag for the book club coordinator featuring amazing books from the likes of Julianna Baggott/Bridget Asher, Melissa Senate, Therese Fowler, Juliette Fay, Erin Blakemore and MORE!

Subscribe to this blog for upcoming announcements. If you already hosted me, tell your friends in other book clubs--the faster we get to 50, the sooner I draw the iPod. If you haven't hosted me yet, sign up now! Spread the word on facebook, tweet it, let your book club friends know and be a part of the fabulous fun prizes and fwee books!

Also added Rebecca Rasmussen's The Bird Sisters! If you haven't heard about this book, well frankly, I'm amazed.

Two bird books... I'm sensing a theme. There might be something very special and birdlike in the bag as well....

I clarified in my post--the 50th book club to sign up gets the free reading swag, but when I hit 50, all book clubs past and future are eligible for the iPod drawing!

Just to give you a little hint... I just booked #32.

Has a brand-name hermes birkin bags, with a pair of designer shoes, a lot of young consumers desire. But its high price not everyone can accept, so its only online shopping Hermes Lindy 34cm store or two off the price of a lot of people heart, but in the end cheated either.
